Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy – ReiSports

1. Nature of Products

All products sold by ReiSports are imported, either on a pre-order basis or in limited quantities from international suppliers. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.


2. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges (General Rule)

Due to the nature of imported goods and associated non-recoverable costs:

  • All sales are final
  • ReiSports does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Personal preference or dissatisfaction

Orders are processed immediately with international suppliers, and costs incurred cannot be reversed.

This policy is applied in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.


3. Pre-Orders

ReiSports operates heavily on a pre-order model.

By placing a pre-order, you agree that:

  • The product is not immediately in stock and will be imported specifically for you
  • Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidelines and may be affected by:
    • International shipping delays
    • Customs clearance processes
    • Supplier delays

Pre-orders are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once placed.

Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.


4. Exceptions – Incorrect or Defective Goods Only

A return, replacement, or refund will only be considered if:

  • The item received is incorrect, or
  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery

This is in line with Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act.


5. Claims Procedure

To qualify for a claim:

  • You must notify ReiSports within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Clear photographic evidence
    • A description of the issue

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.


6. Remedies

If a claim is approved, ReiSports reserves the right to:

  • Replace the product (primary solution), or
  • Repair the product where applicable, or
  • Issue a refund only if a replacement is not reasonably possible

All outcomes are subject to stock availability and supplier constraints.


7. Condition of Returned Goods

Where a return is authorised:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Any signs of use or damage not related to the reported issue will void the claim

8. Shipping & Risk

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For approved claims (incorrect/damaged items), ReiSports will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs

9. Customer Responsibility (Sizing & Selection)

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct size
  • Reviewing product details before purchase

We strongly recommend consulting sizing guides or contacting us before ordering.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReiSports shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Issues arising from incorrect sizing, misuse, or normal wear and tear
